Co-op, defined

Neill-Wycik is a student housing co-operative, which means it offers a much different living experience than residence or an off-campus apartment. If you live at Neill-Wycik, you have a voice in the decisions that affect the community of its approximately 780 members—in fact, you become an owner. There’s no landlord profiting from your rent, which is how we’re able to offer affordable housing in such an amazing location.
