Neill-Wycik is a student housing co-operative that is much different than a student residence or an apartment building. You may be asking yourself, what’s a co-op? Before a member applies and moves into our building, it’s important that you understand that you’re not just applying to live in a typical student residence or apartment complex. After signing your housing agreement you automatically become a member of the co-op.
