Hello, I am a student that recently got accepted to the Toronto Film School and I am considering joining the Neill-Wycik community. I wanted to ask a couple of questions about the services you provide at Neill-Wycik Co-op before applying though.
(1.) Do you provide your residents with utilities such as Wi-Fi, water, and electricity?
(2.) Are kitchens available in the building for your residents?
(3.) What are the steps I should take if I want to book for accommodation?
Can you please get back to me as soon as possible.
1) Yes the building provides Wi-Fi, Water and Electricity, all included for multi units.
2) Yes, each multi unit dwelling has a shared kitchen space.
3) You’ll want to contact our housing coordinator Norinne to get info on applying by emailing email@example.com
Hello! Are these units just for rent for students?
Hi Chrissy, yes Neill-Wycik requires that members be full time post-secondary students in order to move in.
Hi, I’m going to be starting at CMU College full-time in mid November 2018 to March 2019, do you rooms have a minimum stay term or a meal plan?
Meal plans aren’t included. Our occupancy agreement (lease) usually runs 8 months from September to the end of April, or for 4 month terms from Sept to Dec or Jan to end of April. The best person to contact for more information on this is our housing coordinator, who can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org
